2D Artist Generalist

We are a Cyprus company and have been working since 2018. We provide end-to-end services for our clients, including game development from scratch, support, prototyping, and porting. Our team of experienced developers and designers work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality games that meet their specific requirements.

Our portfolio includes famous games for Zeptolab, Halfbrick and Playside like Cut The Rope, Fruit Ninja, Jetpack Joyride, King Of Thieves, C.A.T.S., and various software development projects such as real-time visualizations both on Unity and Unreal Engine, mobile applications, and high-load back-end systems.

We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior 2D artist generalist with conversational English for one of our games.

• Produce all core 2D game assets end-to-end — characters, environments, props, UI — maintaining a consistent casual visual style as the sole artist on the project.
• Create concepts, final renders, and essential character animations; handle asset preparation and optimization for Unity.
• Design and implement UI/UX elements that support smooth gameplay and clear player communication.
• Collaborate directly with the game team and clients in English, gather requirements, and independently translate them into high-quality visual solutions.

Essential skills:

• High level or artistic quality of works, excellent ability to work with colors;
• Ability and passion for the “casual” visual style;
• Solid experience with mobile 2D games in gamedev companies (3+ years);
• Experience with character animation ( Animate/Spine is a plus), UI / UX;
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite;
• Solid experience with Unity 3D;
• Bachelor of visual arts is required;
• Upper-intermediate English is required, written and oral to communicate with clients.

Extra skills:

• Experience in motion-design (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere);
• Basic abilities in creating 3D models, environments, characters, and other assets;
• Experience with Agile development methodologies;
• Experience with task trackers and version control systems.
