Apply

We’re looking for a versatile 2D/3D generalist who can take ownership of prototypes from start to finish — from concept art, through asset creation, right into Unity integration, animation and lighting setup. Join us if you're ready to lead diverse visual projects and make real impact across our game development pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual creation process for prototypes and full features: from concept to final asset integration.
  • Produce both 2D and 3D art (characters, props, environments) and ensure it reaches production quality.
  • Integrate art into Unity (setting up lighting, shaders, animations, optimizing for mobile).
  • Animate and bring to life assets in Unity, covering objects, characters or UI/UX components.
  • Collaborate across disciplines (design, development, product) and adapt to shifting project scopes and styles.
  • Manage the art-pipeline for one or more projects: from prototyping through iteration, keeping control of both creative and technical aspects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 2D/3D game art.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showing strong concept-art, composition, color, lighting, and both 2D & 3D work.
  • Solid Unity experience: embedding art, lighting, shader setup, performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with character/object animation workflows using Unity (bonus: Spine, Animate).
  • Experience working with UI/UX design and adapting interfaces across platforms.
  • Mastery of industry tools: Adobe Suite plus one or more of Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter.
  • English language skills: written & verbal communication at upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Familiarity with Agile development workflows and ability to adapt to iterative processes.
  • Experience with task trackers (Jira, Trello) and version‐control systems (Git).

Conditions

  • Part-time remote work model.
  • Salary paid in US dollars or USDT.
  • Flat structure: no heavy bureaucracy, minimal micromanagement, streamlined approvals.
  • Small friendly Agile-teams.
  • English group sessions for language improvement.
